SmartSolarPanel ("the App") is a field-operations app used by rooftop solar companies to manage leads, installations, and crew/partner communication. This policy explains what information the App collects, why, and how it's used — for the company owners, crew, and partners who use the App itself.
Accounts on the App are created by a solar company for its own owner, crew, and channel-partner users — there is no public sign-up. If you're a homeowner whose site or installation is being managed through the App by a solar company, your name, contact details, and site photos may be entered into the App by that company as part of their normal operations; this policy describes how the App itself handles that data on the company's behalf.

We do not sell personal information to anyone, for any purpose.
Information is retained for as long as your account and company remain active on the App, so records stay available for the business operations they support (e.g. installation history, warranty reference, commission records). If an account is removed, its personal details are deactivated (soft-deleted) rather than immediately erased, so past business records tied to it remain consistent; you can request full deletion as described below.
The App is a business tool for solar-installation companies and their staff/partners. It is not directed at, or intended for use by, children.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify company owners in the App.
